bin32 folder request

we need the 5.8 :/ cuz its 5.8 on EU

I know the request was for a working bin32 and only the 5.6 works in the EU, so AS can still run with it.
Swap the 5.8 32bin with the 5.6 32bin or use eg. another tool which also supports 64bit
