Is there a way to make the Entities and radar window a little larger?

Edit: Ok, I was able to decompile what I needed and changed the values to what i want but I am having trouble recompiling it back to a .dll file.

Anyone able to walk me through that? I downloaded VS 2017 community edition.

Anyone maybe have a 4k version of the Radar or want to help show me how to change the size of it?

Not looking for a hand out, rather learn how to do it for Future use but I will take anything
