What is the "RNG" at entities window?

so, What is the "RNG" at entities window?

press "SHIFT + ;" to open option menü

Shift + ; does nothing to my AS
But pressing ; on itself brings the menu

yeah cuz german keyboard need press shift +, to get ; so
