In NA servers I used to bot in UA at 72 lvl mobs and I would get plenty of mythic 66+ and they would sell for good money.
they removed all armor and weapon 66+ drops from world mobs so now 66+ botting is practically worthless. The areas where the bots used to be are empty because most bots were already 66+.
If you want to bot, you need to make new bots and make sure they are kept either to 65 so you can still XP at pre 66lvl mobs OR keep them lvl 60 so you can do the same but in Fast Track server and take advantage of the fact there are no enemies there.
Getting pre 66 lvl item drops pays well enough and you can simply sell everything on npc, unless you get a golden or blue item so you could try to extract ti and hope to get a better profit.
