AS not starting

Hello!
I had AS and it was working but then i closed aion ( sleepingtime ) but pc was not offline and in the next morning i started AS and its like i dont have open aion i cant choice character when i press enable he said "pls start game" i restarted computer nothing works anyone idea?

They made an update of 20mb yesterday (eu servers) and then stopped work.
