Did you rename AionScript.exe ?

If yes, please also rename AionScript.exe.config to yournewexename.exe.config

I run a Russian version of Aion Version = 5.1.0.12, the script does not run. In the version NA = 5.1.0.16, the script is run.The question is how to run a script on a Russian version of the game?

I'm sorry, we don't support russian version of the game. Only EU and i will try to support NA, but that's it.

Go to http://zhyk.ru/ maybe they can help you with other tools which works for russian client.
