i dont know if i do something wrong but....
when i increase player speed my char after few meters teleport back where start running then run and back again
the increase attack ranger doesnt do anything
the increase attack speed works fine
Also console is not opening at all...
and finally when i use the teleport my char temeport but after 0.5 sec teleport back where it was
can i get some help ?

1) speed can be used at max 0.25, maybe 0.30, then it happens what you say
2) Attack speed can go up to 100%
3) Range I've no idea, in old times 1 meter was working also on retail, more only on private servers!
