AS cant find eu client

Hi,
Yesterday no problems at all, fine botting and stuff.
Now i opened the game (32 bit through .bat file as allways) and then i opened AS but it cant find any client open.
I started AS as admin, i started a clean version of as just downloaded from here (R 12.08.17) but still no client found.
Has there been a silent update or something like that (or auto update thrugh steam)?
Is there any solution for this?
Im running Windows 10 and manage the game updates through Steam.
Using Splashtop to remote acces my bot PC.
