actually, when i push the speed atk a bit, (like30/50%), my character hit faster but, i can only throw 1/2 attak, then there is a cool down, you see what i mean?

it's like the speed is too high, and maybe the server regulate it, dunno really just deducting, since i'm not a pro on those things.

you start with EU CLient? you need to start the client with a Batch file
