AS Not Working (November, 2017)

So I havent been playing Aion since september. today when I wanna play again at the new merged servers in NA, I noticed AS is not detected when I try to run it? Is it working for everyone else or is it just me?
btw running windows 10 64 bit here.
It was working when I last played in september.
So whats the latest AS that has been released now? is it the one that was for september 6th?

nucular pointed me to the latest interface that was in the same thread as in EU. since i dun play there, i didnt check.
I found another problem tho. auto pot and auto scrolls doesnt work. how to fix it?
