How to farm AP / Medal and Kinah with AS?

Hey guys, in which dungeon can I kill some boss alone and pick up drops, or open AP chests with AS? I remember when I used AS for the first time, I did some Dungeons by myself, like Beshmundir, Tiamat Stronghold, Satra, Esoterrace and others. Is this still possible? And what pays more, to make kinah and AP / Medals?

Definitely don't solo instances on EU, you get 14 days ban

Ohh.. im playing on NA atm. The server is full of BOTs. It seems that NCSoft is not banning BOTs, are they aware of who is doing solo instances?

You can use those scripts to solo Upper Abyss instances
