EDIT:

I asked a question about the names but I found the answer so I am editing this post so others simply can see the answer

Some item names you have are not the same in my server (NA Aion NCSoft). I am not sure what server you got these names from.

So these items below have a different name in our servers:

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
EDIT: I found the answer here:
http://aion.wikia.com/wiki/List:Asmodia ... ork_orders
Kukuru Powder = Briga Powder
Omblic Wine = Kirka Wine
Mela Vinegar = Raydamn Vinegar
The vinegar and wine are easy since there is only one item with this name in it. But there are like 5 different powders so Kukuru Powder seems like ti is Briga Powder.
(now I am at 400 and there are absolutely NO recipes to get from the NPC and I am wondering how this will work, how can I level it up to 440 so I can use my aether jelly recipe?)
Sometimes this gives a critical error to client and the script does one work order and then stands there doing nothing while he has the NPC selected. Supposedly he should click the npc again and start over, if I open the chat log with the npc the script continues, but not by itself.
The problem is the same when starting the script while you have the NPC already selected. But that also means when the script is done one cycle it should automatically deselect the NPC to start over, or at least make sure if he is already selected to open the chat log.
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

So I found the problem, it is the start_chat() function, someone put an important feature in -- comment

Image

if this has the comment things removed it worked, but it does a double escape, so it deselectss the NPC but at the same time opens the system menu, the next time it deselectes the NPC and closes the system menu.

It doesn't create a problem, but I did a small alteration to the code to make it work more correctly.
As I said the problem with the function start_chat() was that if the NPC was already selected it didn't open the chat window again, so if we started the script by having nothing selected, the script would work once only, because when we have a work order done, the NPC is selected, we give the work order back and then the NPC remains selected and the start_chat() function doesn't do anything.

This is the line of code missing, if the NPC is already selected, we simply need to hit and /attack command to open the chat log

Image

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Problem 1:
My character reached Alchemy lvl 99 and kept making the lvl 90 recipe, I am not sure if there is any routine to hit the "Learn alchemy button". I had to do it manually.
Hint:
I think changing the delay from 1000 to like 1500 or 2000 would create less problems in general, you could possibly have lag/ping issues so the script tries to go to next step and the chat window is not yet open or something.
Try to find this line and change it
click_wait_time = 2000 -- Wait time in milliseconds after each click.
~~~~~~

The script seems to have other problems when the work orders are not successful enough to give back the work order and we have to cancel the quest and start over, but I really don't think I can find what happens. Sometimes I get the error that I do not have enough materials when my materials are enough for 1000 crafts or something (I got all materials for 1->399 from the above list) or that I do not have enough inventory space while I have plenty slots.

Then I got this message on console at some point:
[string "OfficialCrafting.lua"]:134: attempt to index local 'hDialog' (a nil value)

Also mark my words, you will get critical errors, plenty of them, I set up one of my characters after like 10 critical errors (when trying to load the alchemy table) and then I said lets put another character, I failed, he never managed to get past the alchemy table "/skill alchemy" thing. He gets a critical error constantly.

I also did run out of materials once only, but most of the times my client either crashed, or I got an error that my inventory is full (when it wasn't), or that I do not have enough materials (when I had enough for 100 crafts or so), or that I am not in the correct starting point (even though my char was crafting successfully for a while).

I do not know why those things happened. I also noticed that I had to manually hit "learn alchemy" to increase it in 99->199-?200 and 299->300.

I even tried to find a function or code that tries to increase the profession when it was maxed and I couldn't. The reason my char was left without materials is because she kept crafting the 190 recipe and her proefession was stuck at 199 for like 1 hour or something.

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Another thing that would be better in my opinion (to avoid having a full inventory) is when the crafting was done, instead of returning the quest order to the npc or delete it if it was not fully successful, to just delete it to avoid getting junk rewards back and fill the inventory.
The step to delete the work order is step 3
Code: Select all
		-- Stop the current work order (failed to craft everything)
		elseif crafting_step == 3 then
			if not DialogList:GetDialog( "quest_dialog" ):IsVisible() then -- Journal is not opened
				DialogList:GetDialog( "quest_dialog" ):SetVisible(true)
			else -- Journal is open
				if not DialogList:GetDialog( "quest_dialog/1/working_page/task_tab" ):IsVisible() then -- work order is not yet selected
					DialogList:GetDialog( "quest_dialog/quest_tabframe/quest_tab_task" ):Click()
				elseif not DialogList:GetDialog( "quest_dialog/giveup" ):IsEnabled() then -- work order tab is selected, work order is not selected
					local hDialog = DialogList:GetDialog( "quest_dialog/1/working_page/task_tab/working_list/0/1" )
					PlayerInput:Click( hDialog:GetPosition().X + ( 0.5 * hDialog:GetSize().X ), hDialog:GetPosition().Y + 5 )
				else
					local DidFindMatch = false;
					-- Iterate through the dialog to find a non-named confirmation dialog.
					for i = 0, DialogList:GetDialogSize() - 1 do
						-- Retrieve the dialog.
						local CurrentDialog = DialogList:GetDialogIndex( i, false );
						-- Check if the dialog matches expectations.
						if CurrentDialog ~= nil and CurrentDialog:GetName() == "" then
							-- Check if the dialog is visible and the OK button can be clicked.
							if CurrentDialog:IsVisible() and CurrentDialog:GetDialog( "ok" ) ~= nil then
								CurrentDialog:GetDialog( "ok" ):Click()
								DialogList:GetDialog( "quest_dialog" ):SetVisible(false)
								crafting_step = 2
								DidFindMatch = true;
							end
						-- Otherwise break from the iteration.
						else
							break;
						end
					end
					-- If a match was not found, the quest has to be abandoned.
					if not DidFindMatch then
						DialogList:GetDialog( "quest_dialog/giveup" ):Click()
					end
				end
			end
And the code that gives the work order back is step 7
Code: Select all
		elseif crafting_step == 7 then
			if not DialogList:GetDialog( "dlg_dialog" ):IsVisible() then -- no dialog, talk to npc
				start_chat()
			elseif DialogList:GetDialog( "dlg_dialog/html_view" ):GetHTML() == first_screen then
				DialogList:GetDialog( "dlg_dialog/html_view/2" ):Click()
			elseif DialogList:GetDialog( "dlg_dialog/ok" ):IsVisible() then -- Hand in the work order
				DialogList:GetDialog( "dlg_dialog/ok" ):Click()
				crafting_step = 2 -- Blastradius: No need for Step #0, we can go to Step #2 and avoid dialog bugs.
			else -- second screen is open
				DialogList:GetDialog( "dlg_dialog/html_view/1" ):Click()
			end
		end
...I should somehow put the whole code of step 3 to step 7 and remove the spot where it finds a successful work order, whatever it is it should be deleted and start over
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

Anyway the thing is that I kinda did it wrong trying to raise it on a non buff weekend for crafting, this could have been 2 times faster and I want to do it to two more characters (so I will have total 4) and be able to craft non stop with plenty materials.

My two next chars will get a 500% crafting scroll, I do not care it costs 150m, it will save me from having to go back to the script and check if my character got a client crash, or if the script failed to work with a false reason.

Like this is what happened after 1 hour of successful afk crafting, the materials were more than enough at least for the current work order, my inventory was not full, if I restarted the script I would get the same error that my inventory is full (see photo below), I had to delete some things in oder for it to work again, I deleted that junk recipes I get and it started working again.
